Q: Do I need a cam to talk to the models in a chat room?

It is not necessary to have a cam just to chat. However if you do have a cam you may show yourself to the in paid chatmodel.

Q: I just registered. How can I access my profile/account?

Q: I just registered but completely forgot my password. How can I restore it?

Use the "restore password" form. You should remember the email you wrote in the field during initial registration and you will receive an email to solve this problem right to that address.

Q: I want to go to Group Chat but the system say I have no credit in my account. How can I add credit?

You may do this on the Buy credits page.

Q: What is a credit?

One credit is the same as one USD when purchasing with a credit card, however one credit when purchasing using the SMS method does cost considerably more and can fluctuate. You will see the cost of credits when using this billing method on the add funds page once logged in as a free member, prior to purchase.

Q: What is a Subscription?

When you purchase a subscription you become a Premium Member. Premium Membership entitles you access to additional features: Private Messaging + access to private photos and videos (if the model has uploaded some) and 10% discount on all pay-per-minute chat modes, but not when tipping models.

Q: Why does pay by mobile SMS cost considerably more?

All mobile SMS carriers / companies  charge very high fees that we have to pay, unfortunately we have to pass these high fees on to you however we know that you like this method of payment for both non recurring and subscription billing because it is simple, convenient and completely anonymous, we do not need any personal detail from you whatsoever all we ask is that you are of legal age 18years plus, have sufficient credit and are the mobile telephone bill payer.

Q: Do I need a webcam to become a model on this site?

The minimum requirements are a high speed internet connection and a quality digital cam or webcam we recommend the Logitech 9000. The higher the quality cam the better quality live stream you broadcast which simply means, the better your video, the more people will stop and chat to you in  Group Chat. Consequently you will make / earn more money.

Q: I would like to register on this site as a model. How is it done?

First of all you need to fill in the registration form, by completing the fields required for your profile, upload a face picture, an official government picture identification the 2257 compliance form and a release form, filled in and signed by you. These forms we will email to you or may be obtained from your studio manager / webmaster. On the last page of your registration pictures for your model profile need to be uploaded nude and non nude are permissable.

The account of each model will being checked by the administrator and then your model account will be activated you will be notified via email when approved.
